Personalize Your Golf Bag with Accessories

A golf bag full of golf clubs might just be a golfer’s most prized possession. Vast amounts of money can be invested into the contents of a golf bag, and so you should keep it as safe and as treasured as you possibly can. When you first get your golf bag and golf clubs, you should do everything you can to personalize it and make it your own. This will lead to familiarity with your clubs and therefore more efficiency when you are out playing the game. It will also give you a real sense of ownership. Here I will discuss some of the accessories you can buy for your golf bag in order to increase its aesthetic appeal or its functionality and usefulness.

By putting all of your clubs into the golf bag, it is highly unlikely that you have filled it all the way up. There will be more room in the various compartments and pockets that decorate the outside of the bag. You should not leave these empty. Instead, fill them up with anything you could need out on

the course. Put an extra water bottle in one of the pockets for when you get thirsty. Put a first aid kit in another pocket just in case something should happen. You should also include all of the obvious choices if you didn’t already – golf balls in large quantities, tees, and any other items you frequently use when golfing.

Once you have all of the practical accessories for golf bags taken care of, you can start to get into the more “fun” novelty items. There is no shortage of things you can attach to your golf club, whether it’s to get a laugh from your friends or simply to remind you of something. Little plush keychain-like items can be attached at many points all across the golf bag. This could be a small stuffed golf ball, or some sort of figurine. If there is something that you would like to have, it should come to mind immediately. You shouldn’t have to strain yourself to think of something to decorate your golf bag with.

If you want an easy way to identify your golf bag, you can have your name attached to it somehow. This could be in the form of some sort of embroidery project (do you have a girlfriend, wife, or daughter who embroiders as a hobby? Maybe it’s time to ask for a favor) or simply some scribbles with a sharpie.

Do you ever work up a thirst when out on the greens?   Hmm me too…

It doesn’t matter how you get it done, but it’s very important that you have some indication that the golf bag is yours in the event that it gets lost on the golf course. When someone recognizes your name and returns your expensive clubs, you will be glad that you put the name on the bag.

There is no limit to the ways that you can personalize your golf bag with accessories. However, the keyword here is “personalize”. If you are taking all of your ideas from something you read on the internet, then that isn’t very personal, is it? All I can do is offer you a few hints to get you started in the right direction, and from there you can decide on what exactly defines you as a person and what can help you out while you are golfing.

He had been at least four years since TaylorMade driver lost count on the PGA Tour, but it happened in the BMW Championship 70 players on the edge TaylorMade Titleist, 23-22, in the driver category.

Encouraged by 15 910 new drivers in the game, Titleist came out on top.

Still, it was a good week for TaylorMade, and Dustin Johnson won the BMW and Martin Kaymer ran off with the KLM Open on the PGA European Tour. Kaymer Johnson and TaylorMade staff players, Johnson used a R9 (10.5 degrees) and Kaymer had a Supertrios R9 (8.5 degrees).

Callaway called the Devil octane, the driver has not been introduced in professional circles. The newest member of the Diablo family, the club will be available in both regular and tourism.

A trio of traditionalists: Who says that the professionals have left the tour fairway woods more loft for hybrids?

Dustin Johnson TaylorMade Woods played two R9 (15 and 19 degrees), Martin Kaymer had two TaylorMade woods, a wood R9 3 (13 degrees) and a burner 5 wood (17.5 degrees), and Ernie Els was two Callaway X Fairway Woods (15 and 19 degrees).

They wore no hybrids.

Short shots: Jim Furyk, who has suddenly become a selector putter, abandoned its brief experiment with the belly and making conventional BMW putt with a Yes! Sofia. . . . In a world of dynamic X100 iron shaft steel gold (the last two winners of the PGA Tour, Charley Hoffman and Dustin Johnson, X100 use), it is refreshing to see someone use a softer shaft. Mark Twain once wrote playing golf was a good way to spoil a walk through the pasture. The inimitable Mr. Twain, from this statement, could be believed not to be a golfer. After all, there is more to golfing than just walking through a pasture.

First and foremost, golf is a way to either work out stress and frustration, or, for many, to get even more stressed out and frustrated. It can be the most infuriating game ever played or invented, or the most fun. And, no two trips to the golf course will ever be the same, regardless of how good a player someone is.

This is because the weather conditions are never identical, and weather does play a big part in golf. The more intelligent golfers will not go near the course in a thunderstorm, but there are a few brave, and foolhardy, souls who will brave the elements just to play. The wind also plays a major factor in golf, as the wind will affect the way the ball travels. When hit, golf balls have spin. The spin can be enhanced by the wind, causing the ball to drift away from its intended target. Therefore, the golfer has to take the wind into consideration as well as shadows and other affects and plan his or her shot accordingly.

Golf is also a good form of exercise, for those golfers who walk the course. A good course is about two miles around, so playing eighteen holes is roughly equivalent to walking four miles. Any doctor will tell you that such a walk can only be beneficial to the walker’s heart and lungs.

Additionally, playing golf is good for getting out of the house and being outdoors. Golfers can enjoy the sun and wind note the beauty of the nature they’re surrounded by, as the majority of courses are well landscaped and quite pleasing to the eye. Golfers can also watch squirrels and rabbits on the course, sometimes, and take pleasure in the antics of these creatures. This also helps free the golfer from thinking about the mistake he or she made on the last shot or previous hole, calming them down and getting them ready for their next shot.

For others, however, playing golf is a great way to beat stress. After all, a golf course is about the only place a person can knock the crap out of something, not only not get in trouble for hitting something, but being praised and rewarded by knocking the crap out of the ball well. How perfect is that?

Golf is also a game of honor. Surprised? Don’t be. After all, golf is the only game where a person can call a penalty on themselves, and those who play with honor do. Of course, there are the jerks who claim to play golf, but wouldn’t think of calling a penalty on anything they’ve done. Their scores, though, are meaningless, and this kind of behavior will also show up in their day to day lives.

If you have ever looked lonely onto a golf course and wished that you were capable of playing just as well as the professionals do, or if you have ever found yourself watching television wishing you could play along with them you may have the idea of golf lessons in your head.  This is a sport that almost anyone can play and is appropriate for all ages as well as genders.  There are professional levels, amateur levels, those who play for only fun, and even those who are children that play together.  Finding someone to play with is generally not a problem, and still others choose to play by themselves.  Due to the incredible versatility that golf offers it is no wonder why so many people look forward to learning to play golf.

The major drawback to learning golf can be the lessons.  There are times when it is difficult to find a good qualified instructor, and other times when the lessons are not at convenient times and still other times when the prices of lessons is so unaffordable that it is virtually impossible to arrange.  Yet if you are considering really trying to learn golf, it is important that you invest in some good lessons.  This is going to be one of the times where you need to look for several golf instructors in order to have the best overall results.

If you have started really thinking about learning golf taking lessons from a professional instructor will allow you to get some key information and tips about how to stand appropriately, swing the club appropriately and even learn which clubs are best to be used when,  and proper grip.

The information that an instructor can give you is invaluable.  Yet if you are just not certain about using an instructor you are free to search the internet for tips, articles and even videos that can give you advice and suggestions.  Those who choose to forgo the lessons with a good instructor usually find that they struggle to really learn the basic concepts that are essential.

For children especially it is important to have lessons with an instructor at least for a short period of time to learn the basics.  Some of the more advanced concepts can be learned after they have mastered the basics with an instructor and just through practicing playing.  This is a good way to save money, however if you are dreaming about your child becoming the next Tiger Woods it would be wise to continue lessons for a good while.  If you are an adult considering lessons you may want to pay for a few sessions which would allow you to really get your basics established.

Once the basics are established, you do not have to worry quite so much about taking lessons.  However, if you are not working to build your skills using well developed basic skills you are going to be looking at plenty of frustration on the golf course as you try to troubleshoot for yourself what you are doing wrong and why your ball is always going into the trees and sandpits.  There are plenty of golf courses located all around the world, which gives you plenty of opportunities to find a good golf instructor to work with.

Investing a bit of money into some good golf lessons will be very much worth your time when you are trying to learn golf.  The tips and suggestions that they can offer you will prove to be highly invaluable and you are certain to enjoy the time that you spend improving your skills.  Learning on your own is always a great concept and idea, but in a situation like learning golf, it can be a task that is virtually impossible.  You are perfectly free to look around for additional resources to help you further improve your skills, but a few lessons will go a very long way to setting you up to play golf successfully.

Lessons Anyone?
